| The Feedback application
caters to
both the OPD as well as the Inpatient Departments. The
application through its extremely user-friendly interface allows
feed the data based on the feedback the patients have given.
This way it categorizes each department and its respective
score. Based on the data obtained it generates extensive reports
that include consolidated weighted averages, Department
performance, Comparison (Monthly, Bimonthly, six monthly) etc.
Reports are generated in easy to understand and compare
graphical format. |

| The application is very scalable as
it provides facility to add/remove departments, Add/Remove
questions in the feedback questionnaire, edit the score etc. |

| The application is developed to run
on Windows 9x, Windows 2000. The front end is developed using
Microsoft Visual Basic and the database used is MySQL. The
reporting feature is developed using Seagate Crystal Reports. |

| Feedback application has a user
friendly GUI that helps hospital staff to manage the customer
feedbacks. A typical feedback form may consist of different
parameters for each department and the customers can be asked to
rate the hospitals on those parameters. The parameters can be
classified on the basis of department. |
