We, at Think Ahead believe in working while having fun with lot of opportunity of growth, empowerment and value addition. This is the reason why, we are considered as “A Friendly Organization” by our stakeholders. To keep the mind afresh, we organize lot of indoor and outdoor activities to strengthen the bonding within teams and to help improve productivity.
Employee Feedback Survey To continuously monitor the employee’s opinion about Think Ahead, we have employee feedback survey every 4 months. In the survey employees are asked about the nature of work, compensation, motivation and recognition, training and other job related aspects.
Feedback Report (October 2004) According to the latest feedback survey conducted on October 2004, our employees have rated us high on following factors:
- Work Environment.
- Roles and responsibility assigned.
- Empowerment.
- Communication and Transparency.
- Motivation and Recognition.
- Compensation
- Training
- Exposure to new technologies.
Outbound
Outbound trips are organized every 4 months to explore nature trails and take part in outdoor activities. Outbound are usually organized away from city limits and involve lots of fun, exploration, team building games and sports.
Friday session
We organize Friday sessions every week, which may involve a team-building game, Technical presentation or Quiz session. These sessions are very helpful in developing good communication and presentation skills among employees apart from exposure to new information, technologies and practices.
Diwali celebrations
We believe in sharing every good and bad things with our employees. As everyone else we too prefer celebrating festivals with our family i.e our employees. We organize Diwali celebration at our premises by burning crackers, sharing greetings, lots of sweets and great fun.
